Great view, picnic and accessible day out.

点评：We went here on one of those road trips that you have researched between cities on what to do and where to go, you find this place on the list and you commit and just go.
Loves: the viewing deck accessibility for all persons to visit, multiple access points and loads of parking, picnic tables and of course the falls and views are magnificent.
You can be here for 5mins or 5hours or more it’s up to you.
We came only for a short time, we visited the viewing deck and a short walk along the path. We spent a little time in the water hole near the viewing deck.
There are some fabulous trails and we saw people from the viewing deck had taken the trail to the bottom of the falls 2-3 hours.
It was alive with the sounds of cicadas, had family friendly swimming spots and places for curious people to adventure.
Tips: bring tissues or paper for the toilet. The loos do have some, but there wasn’t any in the ones we used. There are short walking tracks to the watering holes from the carpark just beyond the toilets. Toilets are clean but due to the type are a little smelly, so if you are smell sensitive you may need to prepare to go before or after visiting.
Note: the roads are windy and can be challenging if you get car sick or find narrow windy road driving tricky or stressful. Our little people got a head ache and the driver and I felt a little queezy. Nothing a little medication or preparation can’t support. Minutes after getting out of the car and seeing the view the girls were happy and we felt all good.
Highly recommend for wheelchair or mobility challenged families looking for days out, family picnics, hikers who love a challenge or dates. Bring a picnic, suncream and blanket. Enjoy however you like to enjoy sunny days out in nature.
