点评：⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful Scenery, but a Disappointing Overall Experience
The 360 tour of San Cristóbal booked through Big Fish Tour was a mixed experience for me. Wilson, our guide, and Luis, his assistant, were both friendly and helpful, and the food, snacks, and selection of drinks were all good. The scenery around the island was beautiful, and I appreciated the opportunity to visit several locations. Unfortunately, the wildlife sightings were quite limited during my trip, particularly at Kicker Rock, where we spent about 30 minutes snorkeling in rough water and saw only a turtle, a sea lion, and some smaller fish. Of course, wildlife is unpredictable, and no tour operator can guarantee what you will see.
Several other factors made the day less enjoyable. The motorboat had a strong gasoline smell during the first 45 minutes, which I found unpleasant and which may have contributed to the nausea I experienced later. The rough seas didn’t help, and the snorkeling equipment I was given did not function comfortably in deeper water. The crew tried to address the problem, but it persisted, and returning to the boat in the heavy waves was physically demanding. I recognize that many of these circumstances were beyond anyone’s control, and I have no particular complaints about the efforts of our guide and assistant. They did their best to make everyone comfortable. However, considering the length and cost of the excursion, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. Others may have a very different experience, but for me, it was a long and tiring day that didn’t deliver the memorable wildlife encounter I had hoped for.
