Bran Castle的点评
点评：We arrived here on the bus from Braşov. Bus very cheap and convenient, stops right outside the castle.
As you enter the grounds there is a large tourist market with multiple stalls selling souvenirs, mostly overpriced. Plenty of food stalls too.
There was also a haunted house type scare attraction
in this section. Entrance price for basic ticket without guided tour was reasonable when compared to UK attractions.
We went late morning on a cold day in January and there were no queues for ticket machines. Pay by card at the machines or cash at the ticket office.
The walk up to the castle entrance was like a ski slope, icey and treacherous. Would not be suitable for elderly or anyone with mobility issues.
Fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and town from the top. Toilets at entrance.
The route through the interior of the castle has many stairs so again not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Interesting displays and architecture with plenty of information on display. We did not pay for any of the extra attractions such as the torture chamber and time tunnel so can’t comment on those. The walk through the castle takes around an hour if stopping to read all the info.
Small gift shop at the end. The courtyard near the gift shop was also very slippery with black ice on the cobblestones.
The walk back down the long slippery slope was a bit of a challenge but would be fine had we visited in spring or summer.
Bus back to Braşov arrived on time and takes around half an hour / 40 mins. Be aware that the bus was very busy so worth getting to the bus stop early to ensure a place.

沿着长长的滑坡往下走有点挑战，但如果是在春天或夏天来的话应该就没问题了。
