Ockenden Manor Spa的点评
点评：Visited on a half spa day and was sorely disappointed. Half a day comes at a cost of £170 which includes a very average two course lunch, access to the spa for a few hours and, to give it its due, an excellent facial. The spa was run down and dirty. The seating was stained and coming apart with ripped cushions and fraying rattan everywhere. There was mould on most of the skirting boards, marks all over the walls, cracks in the marble worktops, green water line all around the poo, the list goes on. The whole place needs a refurb!
But even worse than that was the dirt! We arrived at 9.30am and there were clumps of hair on the floor, dust on everything, the bottom of the pool was covered in grit and we found an HRT patch in the pool. Even the table cloth at lunch was stained. It was gross.
The staff were less than interested in our feedback and the manager hasn’t even bothered to reply to the email that he requested we sent, he was just trying to get us to go away.
There are much better spas in the area, spend your money elsewhere!

但更糟糕的是污垢！我们早上9点30分到的时候，地板上都是头发，到处都是灰尘，泳池底部布满了沙砾，我们还发现了一块HRT（激素替代疗法）的污渍。就连午餐的桌布上都有污渍。真是太恶心了。
工作人员对我们的反馈不感兴趣，经理甚至懒得回复他要求我们发送的电子邮件，他只是想让我们离开。
这个地区有很多更好的水疗中心，把钱花在其他地方吧！
