点评：My six friends and I visited Ballyhass Lakes in Coachford this evening for the ice bath, sauna, and lake-jumping experience, and we had an absolutely fantastic time from start to finish.
The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the combination of the sauna, cold water immersion, and swimming in the lake was both invigorating and incredibly enjoyable. It was the perfect way to spend an evening with friends, and we all left feeling refreshed and energised.
A special mention to Dev who was working during our visit. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond by giving us complimentary body oils, which was a lovely and unexpected touch that made the experience even more memorable.
Every single one of us absolutely loved it, and we’ve already been talking about when we can come back. We would highly recommend Ballyhass Lakes to anyone looking for a unique, fun, and rejuvenating experience. We can’t wait to return!
