A Fantastic Shopping Experience with Outstanding Customer Service
Centro Comercial Plaza del Duque的点评
点评：It was our first time in Tenerife, and we were looking for somewhere to shop, so we decided to visit this shopping centre. We went on a Wednesday, and it was quite quiet, which made for a relaxed shopping experience.
We had a good look around several shops and would like to give a big shout-out to the staff at Koala Bay, Samsonite (especially the lovely lady who helped us), and Fund Grube.
In particular, we were helped by Helen in Fund Grube, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She works in the perfume section of the store and took the time to point out all the current perfume offers, making sure we got the best value for money. She made us feel so welcome that we left the store feeling delighted and even returned later to buy another perfume. Helen is a real credit to the store.
We also ate at Taste Crepería and Bistro, where we were served by a lady whose name we didn't catch. She had brown hair and was wearing blue eyeshadow/eyeliner. She was fantastic - she took our order promptly, and our food arrived in less than five minutes. Her service was excellent, and she was warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout.
All in all, we had a great experience at the shopping centre and would highly recommend a visit.
