点评:I joined Peterson House Wine Club last year and after receivning the second box, I asked to cancel membership. Heidi from the Wine Club Team informed me I could not cancel until after I bought another box in April. That is unless I paid a $50 cancellation fee for 'failing to meet my membership committment'.
On the 18th November, I responded to this email stating I would most happily incur the $50 cancellation fee to cancel membership early.
Since this time I have since sent 6 emails asking Heidi or anyone at Peterson House to action this request including Cellar Door, Peterson House generic email, John Reid and the marketing team. No one has responded to any of my requests. I have also made several attempts to call without anyone returning my message, or it ringing out.
I will not be paying for any further wine from this company. Poor communication and disappointing customer service.
