Disappointing visit - cultural inclusivity is important

点评：We visited Peterson Vineyard after reading many positive reviews and were warmly received at the reception. A young lady attended to us with grace, politeness, and courtesy, guiding us to the wine-tasting area after we paid AUD $15.
However, our experience quickly turned disappointing. Despite being seated for nearly 10 minutes, none of the crew acknowledged us or offered service. Strikingly, other guests who arrived after us were immediately attended to. The area was not busy, and staff members walked past us several times, yet we were ignored.
It became uncomfortably clear that there was a difference in how we were treated compared to the Western guests. Feeling unwelcome, my wife and I decided to leave, leaving behind our AUD $15 with the hope it may someday contribute to educating the team on the importance of cultural inclusivity in hospitality.
Disappointing as it was, I believe experiences like this highlight the need for greater awareness, so that every visitor feels equally valued.
