点评:I debated writing this review because I know everyone will say "it was Mother's Day", but I really don't think it is an excuse if you are in the service industry so I will write this about my experience. My daughter took me to the winery for Mother's day. We reserved a table outside. Several things really rubbed me the wrong way. It was very disorganized, hostess said to sit at a table, I had no idea how to order, no one came over, I finally had to ask a customer. They were confused as well. A hostess came over with menus and it said you couldn't buy a bottle, only buy the glass and there was a maximum of two glasses per person, I thought that was odd, I like to buy a bottle. I ordered the $12 specialty cocktail, I wanted ice on the side, I was told there was no ice. I asked why no ice, I always get ice when I go to a winery, I like ice in my wine, she told me "I don't know, it's a farm, there is no ice". When we got our drinks, my $12 wine cocktail was barely 4 oz, it was 3-4 sips, a very light pour, disappointing. We ordered food, the wrong item was brought to our table. When hostess came back to check us out, she said $42, I asked for a bill so I could look at how I was charged, she said "there are no bills", I again asked to see what I was being charged for, she actually handed me her tablet to read, she said there was no way to get a paper copy of anything, I have never heard of such a thing. I couldn't even read the tablet, she seemed annoyed. Then, she came back and said it was 2pm, we had to vacate the table, there were at least 5 empty tables around us, it was cold and everyone went inside, I had to sit on a bench to finish my last two sips of wine because she stood there until we left. This was not a good experience from start to finish, I drove 35 minutes and I felt so disappointed. The wine was good and the place is nice but the staff did little to nothing to make me feel welcome. I do feel bad writing this but it really pretty much deflated my Mother's Day. I also never heard the live music that was advertised.
