点评:We arrived at 16.30 to see the Japanese Gardens and then have a coffee. That was all explained at the entrance desk.
The staff member said we had plenty of time as the gardens are small.
We explored the Japanese Gardens only to find there is little about traditional Japanese gardens to be found here. The area, whilst clean and tidy and is pleasant to walk, appears to be neglected from a plant welfare perspective - too many plants were ravaged by slugs and nametags were worn or non existent on the plaques.
We finished our walk at 17.10 only to find the coffee shop closes at 17.00 - a matter we were not I former of upon entry.
Over all very disappointed and will not recommend this to anyone.
Unless you are into horses the fee of €22 per person is expensive from a facility heavily subsided to the tune of millions by the Irish people.
Give it a miss
