点评：November 2023 I was gifted a $220 dollar coupon for a class at the Barnes
Last year I tried to use the coupon for a class that I was interestd in taking. The cost of the class was more than the coupon value. I offered to make up the difference in cash but was told that was not acceptable. Disapointing! This week I called to redeem the coupon for a class within the value of the coupon. The class is an on demand class. I was told the coupon had expired. This is a class that all they have to do is grant me access via computer. So they the took my daughters money and refused me the service. You would think that an organizatin with millions in endowment woud make the right decision when faced with such a simple problem. NOT THESE POEPLE!!! I have visted the Old Barnes mansion and the new Barnes numerous times. The paintings are great but the organization would rather play hardball with a customer over an expired coupon. Boycott this museum. There are many other museums that are just as good
