Too crowded, unfriendly staff but beautiful scenery
九寨沟自然保护区的点评
点评：We came without booked tickets thinking it'll be like Zhangjiajie where we can purchase them on-site. Waited in -7*C cold for 2 hours queuing for last minute cancelation tickets and managed to grab them online. Took the bus internally to the different sites. But mind you the staff were not helpful when asked where the bus is headed to with an I don't know, get on the bus answer or worse just ignore us as though they did not hear us. Its off-peak season in Novmber yet its very crowded, people would just step in front of you even when you are taking photos, not queue and smoke when the park is supposed to be non-smoking. Even though theres a queue for bus, once it arrives people push forward and it gets jammed. Worse some in the front refuse to get on the bus holding back the queue waiting to get a seat on the bus. Yes the scenery was beautiful and the weather though cold provided a good winter atmosphere, including snow in the upper level only spoilt by locals smoking and spitting. Advise is to pre-book your entrance tickets and 1-day is sufficient to cover all the sights and check to avoid the peak and busy holidays, including school holidays to avoid the crowd. If you ask me to decide between Jiuzhaigou and Zhangjiajie I'll pick the latter. Less crowd, orderly and easy access without the inconvenient long transfer from far away railway station.
翻译：我们没订票就来了，以为会像张家界那样可以现场买票。结果在零下7度的严寒中排了两个小时的队，最后还是在网上抢到了取消的票。我们坐公园里的巴士去各个景点。但是，工作人员一点儿也不帮忙，我们问他们巴士开往哪里，他们要么说不知道，要么就直接无视我们，好像没听见似的。11月是淡季，但人还是很多，有人会直接插到你前面，甚至在你拍照的时候也会插队，还有人在公园禁烟区抽烟。虽然巴士有排队，但一来车就有人往前挤，车厢里挤得水泄不通。更糟糕的是，前面有些人还拒绝上车，拖着后面排队的人。风景确实很美，虽然天气冷，但很有冬日氛围，山顶还有积雪，可惜都被当地人的烟民和随地吐痰破坏了。建议提前预订门票，一天时间足够游览所有景点，并尽量避开高峰期和节假日，包括学校假期，以避开人潮。如果让我选择九寨沟还是张家界，我会选择后者。那里人少，秩序井然，而且交通便利，无需像九寨沟那样从遥远的火车站长途转车。
