Very Well Worth a Visit
北挪威艺术博物馆的点评
点评：Firstly, I was very surprised when I found the listing for the 'Northern Norway Art Museum' and that there were only one or two reviews. However, then I discovered that under 'Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum' there are 282 reviews, which proves it pays to look around.
Located adjacent to Roald Amundsen's Plasse, the museum is centrally located in the city (and perfect for passengers off the cruise ship, which we weren't). Of course, art is subjective and as the exhibitions change on a regular basis (check the website for details), one review might be glowing but a few months later maybe not quite so! The building itself is historic and interesting and worthy of seeing in its own right.
Entrance was NOK110 per person, but there are concessions for students, military, larger groups etc. In our opinion, this was not expensive.
When we visiting in the summer of 2025, two of the three exhibitions caught our interest. Located on the highest of the three floors were a series of landscapes from the Lofotens, capturing the landscape, human presence and vagaries of the weather. The central floor had a particularly interesting exhibition, 'Tidslag', or Layers of Time', a very personal exhibition whereby photographs of everyday life growing up in Svalbard were recreated as closely as possible in the present day. Fascinating. Life was (and is) challenging!
The ground floor exhibition didn't really appeal to me, though it did to my wife. But hey, that's art!
The ground floor has a very high quality gift shop, with much of the stock based on the exhibitions.
This will not be everyone's taste, but for those with an appreciation of art, it really should be high on the list of things to do in Tromso. And with the exhibitions changing from time-to-time, worthy of repeat visits.

底层的展览并没有真正吸引我，但我妻子却很喜欢。不过，这就是艺术！
底层有一个非常高档的礼品店，里面的很多商品都是根据展览内容制作的。
这或许并非每个人都喜欢，但对于那些热爱艺术的人来说，这绝对是特罗姆瑟必游景点之一。而且展览会不定期更新，值得反复参观。
