点评:The company is unfair to customers. We booked ferry on 05.02.2025 in higher class. Makruzz cancelled the booking and allotted a different ferry in lower class. At the jetty while allotting seats officials said we will get the refund. A refund order was issued within 3 - 4 days time and mentioned that the amount will be credited in my bank within 5 to 6 days.But it is more than 3 weeks passed till now not received any refund. Many emails and follow up are made without result.The details of journey are as below for kind attention of the company.
