Neat, Clean & Reliable Ferry Service

点评：We booked our to-and-fro ferry tickets directly from the Markrux website for Andaman ↔ Havelock, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
The ferry was neat and clean, with cushioned seats that were comfortable enough for the 1.5-hour journey. There was ample space to sit without feeling cramped. The ferry was also on time, which was great.
They have a small café at the back serving snacks, tea, and coffee, and for entertainment, there are small LED screens with music playing. All of this made the ride pleasant.
However, one thing to note – their website mentions a “free seat upgrade if seats are available” on direct bookings. We inquired at the ferry point, but the staff kept deflecting (“check after onboarding,” “inside they’ll tell you,” etc.), and in the end, nothing was offered. So, don’t rely on that promise – it seems more of a marketing gimmick.
Overall, a reliable and comfortable ferry option. Would recommend booking with them.
