点评：I have done my first aid &first response course w Haliotis in Machico, Madeira in Jan26.
Joana helped me to organise the day for the course even though I was planning it from abroad. She was flexible with the date selection to adjust my needs, also very helpful in providing information - from phone calls with instructions to every email replied and questions answered. Certificate was issued as well. I was looked after and reassured.
Mario- course instructor - very sincere and hard working man. He made sure we gone through all subjects from the content, practiced situations, all questions answered and re-discussed if needed.
The whole experience was brilliant and I definitely can recommend this place because you can totally trust in people working there.
I know they are providing diving courses as well - I hope I will find time to join one of these on my next visit to Madeira.
