点评：We have been to TS venues a few times and love them. The Southampton one was great. 3 of us loved it, booked late but in and had a race of 5, 2 other people, dad and son who were good, but friendly and made us, who were a little more inexperienced welcome and pleasant in both races.
Unfortunately we had a late group of around 12 come in on our 2nd race and were rougue, didnt listen, couldnt drive and follow instructions and could have really derailed a great experience up to that point.
It didn't, the team, in James and Brian I think it was, spoke to us, helped and managed to get us onto another session that was brilliant and so much fun, with competive racing but fair, fast and fun.
Also, Alex on the front desk, was caring, attentive, pleasant and really helped us after to iron out a few bumps in the road we had.
With the 2nd session Being a little unexpected and off kilter, it could have been a small blip in a great few hours with the team. It was dealt with fairly and honestly and we left feeling valued and welcome.
Also, just such great fun, and thrilling racing, treated like adults not kids with a great 'real' team without the nonsense.
Thank you all. We left happy, excited and even members too. We will be trying the other tracks and in a world of poor customer service, corporate focus and a no csre attitude, you 3 and the rest of the team were superb.
Thank You. We will all be back. And tell our businesses and friends.
