Dirty, fell short of previous experiences!

点评：We visited on a Saturday afternoon as a family and friends group of 7 people. The welcome was fine. We were all given appropriate safety suits as we checked in. Changing rooms clean, toilets dirty. Unfortunately my husbands suit smelt had to ask to change his suit as it stunk of BO! My sons also had a strong smell of body odour. The rest just smelt dirty, sweaty and well worn. On entering the briefing room we were met with an overwhelming smell of BO, so strong it burnt the inside of your nose. This was commented on by all members of the group not just our party. Karting was fun and well organised. That was until one man decided to kick off as he had been black flagged. This resulted in the man getting out of his kart, shouting and swearing, throwing his helmet and generally being rude and aggressive. Tgecstaff dealt with this well and he was removed. However a real shame as after this, we were all given the yellow light and sent back to the pits to end the session. A real shame to end the session like this. This rude man had wasted our paid for time and we ended our sons birthday celebration on a negative. A real shame we weren’t given the chance to finish on a positive. We feel this fell short of previous visits.
