点评：Booked as part of a large group online - the booking team online were great and accommodating with needing to change dates/numbers.
On the day Bella was a star. I popped in a couple of times before to make sure everything was okay with the booking and she was patient and reassuring. On the day she checked us all in and was good fun and certainly had great customer service skills. As a group we were taken to the briefing room to watch a video on safety and then headed to the track. We were kind of left on our own and not sure what to do with the two sessions, but the guys on the track were helpful.
We had two 15 minute race sessions and the track is over 3 floors which was good fun going up and down hill. As a larger lady I was worried the go-kart wouldn’t go fast (or that I’d fit) but both were fine!!
I’d highly recommend, however, the group before us were a male group and I’m pleased we weren’t on track with them!! I believe they only allow 17 racers at anyone time and the track never felt crowded. There were times no one else was around and others when 4 of us would be trying to corner but it dissipated quickly.
There’s food and drink to purchase as well as a seating area by the track to watch the racing.
We enjoyed the app you download which has everyone’s race times on it.
