Amazing product. RUDE staff!
The Cheese Shop at Dewlay的点评
点评：The shop is lovely. Lots of great produce including wine, fine, cider. The older lady shop assistant is beyond rude though. I cannot understand why people like this work in customer service.
My wife decided to wait outside with the dog whilst my son and I looked round. The woman sprinted to the door like we had tried to bring a bomb on site and barked (pardon the pun) that the dog would have to return to the car. No big deal. My wife took the dog back. I mean…it was an empty car park and I have literally never known such a bizarre rule but whatever…she did seem to take great joy in shouting this message at us!
Inside I asked for a recommendation and she just abruptly said “depends what you like”. Another man came in whilst I was there asking for a white sm cheese and she just said “don’t do it no more” and ignored him.
The cheese we bought was great and the young girl on the till was very pleasant but overall I felt like my presence and £47 spend for the 3 minutes I was there was a huge inconvenience for her.
Seriously…This woman is the face of your business to an extent…you have a wonderful product that is being soured by appalling customer service. Perhaps she was just having a bad day, although looking at the other reviews it seems she has a fair few of them!
