Played twice
Had we not had other courses to get to in the day we probably would have parked it at Mutiny Bay. By far the best course on the Outer Banks. One could argue that it was not the most challenging, but it was a ton of fun and the facility was so well-kept it was just a nice play.
Holes were imaginative with rough grass patches, rock traps, ramps, and a water transfer hole (where the idea is to hit into a stream of water that takes your ball farther down the course, usually close to the hole.)
There were quite a few elevation changes with steps and obstacles so not the most accessible.
Landscaping was top-notch. Greens were flat, fast, and clean. There were a few shade structures but most of the course was in the sun. Water in the streams was barely blue!
