Fantastic concept. Great place, but it could benefit from better business hours

点评：I LOVE THIS PLACE!! But.....
The property is literally an old mill repurposed into an Arts & Entertainment venue. What a phenomenal concept!! Make sure to note where you've parked and entered because it's pretty large. Within previously vetted artisans, businesses have individual shops that apparently have their own hours. This, to me, is a huge disadvantage to both businesses and patrons. Lowe Mill is only open 4 days a week, excluding Sunday as it is. Sadly, the first day of their business week, about 1/4 of them were open for business. The plus side is we made our way through the entire facility and got to speak with a lot of the artists who utilize the space as both a storefront and studio. There are restaurants too but most were closed. We we told concerts and markets are held when the weather is nice.
If you have physical limitations, note that the elevator seems inoperable. There are stairs. Most of the floors are un even, and the bathroom is likely not ADA compatible. The ladies' room I used was so small that I could barely fit between the commode and door.
