Harrowing experience in Osaka USJ

点评：We went to the USJ on Jan 4th and unluckily got into an argument with a crazy man. He and his partner following us to keep insulting us even we walked away from them. He then pushed my husband. I immediately warned him I would take video and photos as a record of his behaviour if he is not going away. He just keep repeating those insult and gone mad when I started to use my phone to take pictures of him. My husband spotted there is an USJ staff around us and asked for her help. At the same time, the man come back to me and trying to take away my phone, using his huge body grabbed me from my back, locked my right arm, hopped my chest and neck not letting me go, wanted to get my phone. We screamed for help, only a tall guy comes up and stopped him. The assailant teased us and walked away. The whole thing lasted for over 5 minutes but the USJ staff didn’t send a security guard or giving any support.
We insist to call the police and ambulance , USJ is not willing to do it at the beginning, they just send their internal health team for checking up. They even told us there are no footage at the main street and they could do nothing.
It is unbelievable a worldwide corporation has no safety supporting for their customer and condone violence and an attacker continue to play in the theme park. And at the end, the USJ security team only tell us to call their hotline for future follow up contacting.
