日本环球影城的点评
点评：Well after so many visits to the US universal parks - this is my first international one. It can definitely compete and I enjoyed it a lot.
The staff, the park and everything was incredible! My favorite area clearly being Harry Potter and for sentimental reasons Jaws.
The food was on point and the park had a manageable size - with rather moderate crowds ( don’t get me wrong it was crowded - but you could still ride every ride in a day with 2 meals).
The criticism is rather when it comes to the size of the park. It does not really allow to create such immersive experiences you are used from Disney. The lack of space is especially visible at the newer lands Super Nintendo as well as Donkey Kong. With that amounts of crowds it feels small cramped and overcrowded. You have to literally walk into Mario to be able to spot him among all those people. There are simply no quiet zones or anything here. And the rides ? Totally disappointed- Yoshis Adventure … what is this !? The thrill level and excitement of a train ride (or below that) and not allowed for children even though a mild ocean breeze is more exciting. Same for Mario - nice but not worth the wait and the hype.
This leads me to my second critic - almost no attractions are allowed for small children. Even often - there is friendly speaking no reason for that.
The other thing ja the price - of food and merch … if you compare it to Disney i is rather expensive…
