Disappointed with the experience at La Sirena

点评：I visited La Sirena in August 2024 for a dive and was disappointed with how things were handled. Communication with Marta, the receptionist, was not smooth, and the overall organization lacked professionalism.
When I joined the dive, I was grouped with two other divers. On the boat, I felt rushed as everyone else had already entered the water. By the time I jumped in, the group was already underwater, and I was left behind. The guide, Juanita, did not wait to ensure I was comfortable or ready to join. Despite the situation, she simply continued with the others, leaving me stressed and unable to descend.
As a former diving instructor, I would never have treated a diver this way. Safety and inclusivity should always come first in diving. Unfortunately, this experience lacked both, and it left me feeling frustrated and excluded.
