Underwhelming customer experience…..
Bridgnorth Castle Hill Railway的点评
点评：We are regular visitors to Bridgnorth but usually park in high town. This time we decided to park at the riverside and take the railway up and walk back down.
When we arrived the lady attendant was deep in conversation with someone she obviously knew and we were ignored. As the train arrived and passengers disembarked she glared at us as we asked for single tickets. The reply was that they only do returns but you could use the second part another day BUT the return is one up and one down. She then pointed to another window where we could buy tickets before moving behind said window to issue said tickets !. We paid before she could place a curse upon us.
The ride up is nice, the ride down (we decided we might as well use it) the same and we got to hand our tickets to the lovely lady.
Other reviewers mention miserable staff but no one from management has seemed to read them or take note. Not entirely a good advert for a lovely Shropshire town.
