点评：Very interesting place to visit. The visitor center has CLEAN restrooms, a very interesting information film about the site, and then you walk over a bridge to enter the site. There is a walking trail that extends past several actual windmills you can enter. There is also a museum with more exhibits to visit.
The tour and the explanation of how they worked is fascinating. The climb up the narrow stairs is very interesting as is how they lived in the windmills. Tiny beds, tiny kitchen, tiny everything.
Note: there are two paved trails; one for bicyclists (who are going like the wind) and one for pedestrians. Be sure you are on the pedestrian trail unless you want to find yourself on the ground after being hit.
Nice restaurant and gift shop. Be sure to take a photo of yourself (or party) standing in the BIG wooden shoes with the windmills in the background (take your sunglasses OFF). And get a photo of the cradle with the baby and the cat in the pool by the museum which is what it is named for.
