点评:Preface: I am a Canadian who lives in Nishinomiya, home of the Hanshin Tigers. My wife is a lifelong Giants fan. Grew up loving the Seattle Mariners.
This was fun.
Yes, it is primarily a Japanese Hall of Fame. Names that I do not recognize. Have no real attachment to. However, there were some very neat items from baseball history.
Babe Ruth's bat, Stan Musial's jersey, Cal Ripken's gear, Ken Griffey Jr's mitt to name a few. Lots of Ichiro Suzuki, Yu Darvish, and Hideki Matsui's stuff. Ichiro Suzuki was just inducted into the Japanese Hall of Fame (2025), so his plaque has not been made yet.
This is mostly in Japanese, but they do have QR codes for English explanations.
There are exhibits about World Baseball Championships, women's baseball, and youth baseball, which are interesting.
The history of NPB league was interesting because I got to learn about the history of the baseball teams in my area.
If you liek baseball - need to visit this place just to say you visited.
