Poor Experience Due to Service and Hygiene Issues

点评：I visited this place with my family and friends after booking online. On arrival, we noticed that the ticket price at the counter was different, and the online price was higher.
The person at the reception appeared quite confused, and it took nearly an hour to resolve the issue and help us understand the situation. Eventually, we were allowed inside.
The buffet was average and not particularly impressive. We also faced difficulty finding seating, especially with children, though we somehow managed.
The biggest concern was the water quality, which was very poor. The chlorine level seemed excessively high, and the water did not appear clean. There were visible impurities such as hair and leaves floating on the surface.
Overall, the experience was disappointing.
