点评:This afternoon I had a lovely lunch at Gouldings Gardens staff very friendly and one not so friendly in fact over a mug of cappuccino
I always order a mug if having coffee not a large cup of coffee because of my fingers and recent breast cancer operation my arm on left side not as strong as it used to be and recent breast cancer operation on right breast also noticed my fingers are turning a bit which is inherited I feel safer with a Mug of coffee and not a large cup of coffee
Well I asked as usual with very friendly staff member for a mug of cappuccino and could I have later
Enjoying my very nice lunch
Mug of Cappuccino never arrived so had to ask a member of staff who was very nice showed her the receipt says a Mug of Cappuccino simple you would think she looked twice at receipt i said mug of cappuccino a while later still at my very nice lunch one if the head staff came with a large cup of cappuccino not a Mug
Well the Lecture I got I felt like a bad girl.for asking for a Mug of Cappuccino
I was so In the wrong told me we only do Large Cups not mugs and the girl would not know this
I said it is on my receipt
Well she did change it with a grudge
Sorry no way to treat a regular customer.
Completely spoiled my lovely lunch was on my own plus a regular customer
I thought dont argue
Sorry I was a bother I am just glad I am.still alive and able to go about
What I do not need is treatment like that
Just a bit angry as I felt I paid a lot for the lunch
Think because I have been in retail myself
The member of staff felt she was in the right over a large cup of coffee she has to remember their are customers that find it difficult to hold a large cup and prefer a mug
