点评：We had an awful experience with Eurocamp. When we arrived on site we were given the wrong accommodation. We complained to the site but they said it wasn't their fault we would have to complain to Eurocamp. There were no Eurocamp reps on site so we had to phone Eurocamp in the UK who told us they had made a mistake but everywhere was fully booked so we would have to put up with it. The accommodation they supplied was awful, old, damp and mouldy, very cramped with no suitable space to park the car and lacking the premium features we had booked. They offered us a small goodwill payment and their condescending staff told us to "go out and buy ourselves a nice meal". They still haven't refunded us. I don't see the point of Eurocamp anymore, they used to be quite reliable but not anymore and there is nowhere to go when things go wrong. I would book directly with the campsite, it'll probably be cheaper and you have somebody on site to speak to if things go wrong.
