点评:The Kasbah is what remains of the citadel and its neighborhood. Walking inside it is certainly fascinating and extremely interesting. The streets are very narrow and there are many stairways, while many buildings are in a serious state of abandonment and partly collapsed. Virtually without tourists, for a few hours we moved around lazily among the local people and even had lunch with traditional food. We took lots of pictures without any problems and, even though we were a clearly Western couple, nobody bothered us, not even trying to sell us anything. A number of buildings appear abandoned and there are several murals and writings praising two local football teams, one of which has the motto in Italian “amore e mentalità”. We believe we can say that it is a safe place to visit even individually, as we did, and that it is a place, for its history and true life, not to be missed if you are in this city.
