点评：We visited the shops and cafe today 14.08.25, overall it was a very positive experience. As we had arrived late in the day, a lot of the salads were gone which was understandable and no problem. I had quiche with potato salad and both were absolutly delicious. My husband had the vegetable soup and brown bread and he said both were really high quality. The cafe itself is beautiful and well worth a visit, all the food is served on Nicholas Mosse plates/ bowls ect. The young staff on the ground floor very friendly, and observed to be so engaging with customers. The staff in the cafe were very attentive to our needs in ordering our food, but just a small comment, we could hear your whole conversation, re your private life for the whole duration of our meal ( The two blonde haired girls) Not very professional.
Also when I informed one of the older ladies in top floor gift shop, of no toilet roll in one of the toilets she gave me a snotty reply re turning the wheel on the holder , which I had done , when she could have said, " Thanks for letting us know" But overall , this is a fab place , well worth a visit, have visited many times, but please managers dont let your staff drop their customer service standards.We customers do notice.
