点评：Unfortunately from the second we walked in the door of this complex we had an awful experience. The staff at reception are incredibly rude and I felt attacked both on arrival and departure. I was with my husband, 5 year old daughter and 8 month old son. It was a wet day so the pool was understandly busy but that didn’t bother us. However, when we arrived the woman at reception very sternly and aggressively said that it was very busy and there would be no seats for us. We didn’t want seats, we were there for the pool! We said we wanted to go in and she grunted at us and spoke so rudely. On departure my husband and daughter went through the barrier no problem with their pass but mine didn’t work. The same member of staff then publicly humiliated me and shouted that I stayed longer than I’d paid for by a few minutes so I couldn’t exit without paying. I explained that at this point we’d been out of the pool 30 minutes but it took time to get ready as I had to feed the baby and change him twice. She was incredibly rude and made me cry in front of a large queue of people. The complex itself was nice but our experience was completely ruined by such a rude staff member.
