Terrible Service – Untrustworthy

点评：There was not a good weather for the day of our tour. Before the tour started we have been able to cancel it, but they have said that we will go up and down - which was our goal. So we did go with them.
Turned out that we were not going up, just half way to the top. So at the end of that part we wanted to continue to the top - which based on their T&C is allowed. Turned out that they do have a rule in company that it is not allowed they just do not let you know, and they would call a police on us if we would continue to the top. Said that we can discuss it at the base camp. After the hike we told them that the terms what they do is not in accordance to their T&C. They were extremely arrogant and were not for them being wrong or them needing to improve based on feedback. They even confirmed that they never planned to go to the top that day, so it was not based on weather getting worse, just based on them being deceptive.
Who knows how many terms they have which they do not want others to know, just so that they can steal more money and get less cancellations.
There is no reason to trust them with anything. Only if you have sufficient time to take them to a court. If you don't, you MAY loose your time and money, compared to you doing it on your own.
The company's guide for the crossing was good, professional and just followed the rules set by the company.
