An Unforgettable Experience Thanks to Tom and the Zip World Windermere Team!

点评：We visited Zip World Windermere and took part in the Mini Trek and honestly, we cannot thank Tom enough. He truly went above and beyond for our little boy, Cobie, who has autism and ADHD.
Cobie had been so excited to try the high ropes, but once we arrived, the nerves and anxiety really kicked in. He became very overwhelmed and said he wasn’t going to do it. That’s when Tom stepped in and from the very first moment, he was absolutely incredible.
Tom didn’t rush Cobie or put any pressure on him. Instead, he took the time to really connect with him, showing patience, encouragement, and so much positivity. Tom offered to go all the way around the Mini Trek with Cobie, being right by his side and supporting him every single step of the way. His energy and constant praise gave Cobie the confidence he needed and Cobie absolutely thrived because of him.
If it hadn’t been for Tom, Cobie wouldn’t have done the trek at all, and we would have just had to come home. Instead, Cobie completed the entire course! Even though he was too nervous to try the big zip line at the end, he finished the trek feeling proud, accomplished, and so much more confident and that is entirely down to Tom’s incredible support.
The whole team at Zip World Windermere were fantastic so friendly, helpful, and welcoming but Tom is honestly a real credit to them. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile the way Tom did. He made what could have been a very stressful and upsetting day into an incredibly special and positive experience for our family.
We are truly grateful to Tom for taking the time to make such a difference for Cobie. We honestly can’t thank him enough and because of this amazing experience, we will definitely be back to visit again! Cobie is already excited to return and keep building on the confidence that Tom helped spark in him.
