点评：Galaxy Mall Surabaya really surprised me in the best way. The atmosphere was incredible, spacious and comfortable, with a noticeably lighter crowd. Probably because I visited during a non-holiday period, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can actually browse without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
There are so many shops to explore, from well-known brands to smaller stores that make wandering around fun. SOGO deserves a special mention. The staff were genuinely approachable, friendly, and helpful without being pushy, which made shopping there a pleasure.
Food options are abundant and exciting, with plenty of choices to suit different moods and cravings. I also loved discovering several interesting knit and lifestyle items that felt a bit more unique than what you usually see.
The mall itself is a great size, spread across three buildings, so it feels like a full-day destination rather than just a quick stop. Branded goods are easy to find, yet the mall still feels relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d come back to, especially if you enjoy browsing at your own pace.
