Good modern mall, lockers poor upkeep

点评：We enquired about luggage storing facility before adding this stop prior to our departure flight from Penang. The management advised locker storage to be available for up to cabin sized luggage which worked fine for us.
Upon arrival, we headed straight for the lockers at LG central zone as advised. After purchasing the locker token from the machine there, we realised all the vacant lockers were un operable as their keys were missing. These were about 50% of total lockers. A few were locked ( presumably usable) and a few had luggage placed inside but unlocked . We proceeded to the information counter but no help was offered. Neither were we able to find an alternative luggage storage service. It was difficult to shop towing our luggage around so do bear in mind this point if you are arriving with luggage. Overall it is a modern mall with the usual brands and restaurants you will find at Midvalley at KL or JB but this mall is much smaller in size. Aeon is also located within this mall. We understand that this is the biggest and newest mall in Penang . It is about 15 minutes drive to the airport if there is no jam.
