Honest review Bannatyne Spa Weybridge
Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Weybridge的点评
点评：This was out first visit to the Bannatyne Spa at Weybridge.
We received a pleasant greeting at reception, ordered a coffee, toastie and jacket potato for our lunch which sadly for £20 was poor in portion and quality. We took our own towels, dressing gowns as the Spa charge £10 plus a further £10 deposit each which is refunded when you return the towels and dressing gowns. (you keep the bag and slippers).
We spent a couple of hours using the Spa facilities before our massages and body scrubs. The changing room floors are very slippery (especially around the shower areas) it would be a good idea to bring a pair of flip flops with you, no loo roll in the changing room toilets and no water in the container outside the Spa treatment rooms. Despite seeing several notices stating no mobile phones to be taken into the Spa areas, this appears to be ignored.
The Massage was nice and relaxing but being totally honest I have experienced better. However, my therapist (think it was Millie) was absolutely lovely and very attentive and professional.
The Spa has received a lot of negative reviews recently, my honest opinion is that there are a few tweaks needed and overall hopefully the Management team listen to customers positive and negative comments but I would re-visit the Spa again.
