点评：The swimming pool and poolside facilities are good and very enjoyable.
Came there on a deal, the times we had been given for treatments differ from what we were then told in an email, the food is all heated up in a microwave which isn’t a problem except that doing it on bread, and scones means they go rock hard. We were then able to have Prosecco to go with our scones, the glasses were brought which clearly just been washed up and hadn’t been dried, and were cold so it does make me wonder if they had actually been washed properly as hot water hadn’t been used. If it had the glasses would still be warm. And out of the three of us only one had a satisfactory treatment session. The other two, one treatment was only about 15 minutes, and the other having been told that they would do a consultation in terms of their skin. None of that happened at all and in the actual delivery of the facial, it was not done consistently.
Very disappointing certainly won’t be rushing back.
