Land Rover Experience West Country的点评
点评：Complimentary half-day (3 hour) experience given by dealers when we bought our Velar. Arrived on site at midday, met by lovely reception staff and directed to our pre-booked ploughman’s lunch.
Met with Martin our instructor / mentor who explained what we’d be doing that afternoon. Spent the first half-hour or so being shown through various aspects of our own car, very useful.
Transferred into their own Velar and Martin drove us to nearby open ground where I took over. Spent the next few hours driving around the woods - mud, hill ascents and descents, gravel, rocks before returning to the reception for a debrief. I was left in awe at what I might be able to achieve in our own car should the situation ever arise.
Martin was very personable, and professional throughout making the experience most enjoyable. My partner had reservations about riding along as rear seat passenger (I think she had visions of us thrashing about as if it were the WRC 😄) but Martin put her mind at ease from the moment we set out and she too thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
