点评：Please do not ever come here. We came on a family trip here whilst in cape town on holiday, we came to cool runnings to go on the toboggan and a boy rammed into my brother TWICE on the slide. It started when we were at the top of the slide waiting to go down. There was a slow women ahead of me and I asked the staff if I could wait a bit until I slid down. The Marshall said no and that I would be fine. I wasn’t. I caught up to the other women towards the middle of slide. I had to rapidly stop. My brother was coming down fast behind me, I was screaming at him to slow down so he didn’t ram into me, he didn’t hit me, but the boy behind him didn’t slow down in time (as the Marshall didn’t tell him to) and came FLYING into the back of my brother. I turned around and saw the whole thing. My brother jumped out of his seat due to impact and his back smashed against the seat. In panic, I got out of my cart and ran to help in up. He was in floods of tears. I lifted him out of the cart and the Marshalls told us to get back in. I shouted how do you expect him to carry on driving. We walked back and took him to first aid, they assessed the injury as minor and gave him an ice pack (a sandwich bag with ice in) They never even offered him a glass of water. We explained to the manger the situation and he said he would assess the security footage on the slide. We were waiting for well over half an hour until he finally came back and declined us of any refund. He said it wasn’t by fault of the staff. The whole experience is terribly organised, none of the staff are properly trained. They ignore the requests of customers and don’t even take responsibility for what was clearly their fault, if they had listened to me at the top of the slide none of this would’ve ever happened. Cool running is extremely unsafe. For your own safety NEVER come here.
