点评：When in the Loire valley near Tours, wine , its production and diversity will be on the agenda as are the castles and bottomless culture offered by this blessed region. Vouvray is white wine and pure Chenin as regards the grape variety. Yet its fascinating qualities will show you how different such wines can be, depending on their year, their style and their age when bought. Even if much Vouvray goes into the outstanding sparkling types, some easily take on a standard Champagne, the „ vin tranquil“ merits attention. The cave de Vouvray, a classic joined venture of a variety of vintners is the place to go. Great variety, huge choice at-a rare commodity-reasonbable prices speak for themselves. They do also send their merchandise abroad. Take some time, try new things eg vin demi-sec or the mighty moelleux/liquoreux. Too sweet while young, they tend to live and to develloo for decades to come. A unique expedience.
