点评：I’d like to start with the pricing. Children aged 1 are charged the full kids’ price of £12.99, while under-1s go free. Our 1-year-old was charged the full rate, but she wasn’t able to take part in most activities. She was too young to join in with the animal feeding sessions and could only safely play in the small toddler area of the soft play. The main play area was too busy with older children, and she could have easily gotten hurt.
Considering how limited her experience was, £12.99 feels quite expensive—especially for families visiting with multiple children. Adults are £6.50 each, and carers only receive £1 off that price. Again, this could catch visitors off guard, especially when the website is down, as it was during our visit. Without access to that information in advance, it puts families—especially those needing to plan ahead or budget—at a disadvantage.
