点评：It’s been a few years since we last visited, so I read some reviews before going. Some from Oct 24 some going back to 2011/14 and thought ‘surly not that bad’
*It’s very tired, even the staff look bored.
*Missing doors for cubicles in the ladies, some seats not secure
* The only baby changing facility is downstairs near the cafe, even though there are loo’s at the entrance
* Don’t eat at the cafe, horrendously expensive and not even the coffee was hot - Lovely pub on the right once off the motorway, or plenty of eateries around this venue
* There is loads of wasted space, it could be so much more enjoyable
* We enjoyed the talk at the tank, though please slow down when telling people about things, it felt as though you were trying to do it in record time, and no opportunity to ask questions.
* No Information for some species, what a shame
* School visiting while we were there, no blue Planet staff anywhere and 2 teachers unable to supervise all the children so they were running around playing hide and seek shouting, I would have expected the venue to be more on hand to give a tour or simply to be around to stop them from upsetting other visitors.
I can say we won’t go again unless we hear it’s had a major overhaul, thank goodness I had a free carers ticket and finally, Blue Planet if you actually ever read these or anyone else’s reviews, Please rectify the points that a lot of us paying visitors have mentioned and fix/ replace and bring your venue into an up to date wow! Experience
