点评：I recently visited Panshet, Pune, and it was the perfect escape from the city’s hustle. The drive through scenic greenery was refreshing, and once I arrived, the peaceful vibe by the Panshet Dam instantly put me at ease. The serene surroundings, combined with the cool breeze off the water, make it an ideal spot to relax or enjoy some adventure. I tried boating, and the view of the hills from the lake was breathtaking. The area offers basic amenities, and while there are a few local food spots, it's a good idea to carry snacks. I’d recommend visiting during the monsoon or just after, as the lush green landscapes make everything even more beautiful. Whether you want a quiet getaway or an active day out, Panshet has something for everyone!
The Varasgaon waterfall and Baggu waterfall are truly gems! Varasgaon Waterfall is has a tall waterfall and a small pool in front of it. In Baggu waterfall, we have this staircase type waterfall with a pool of fresh water just on it's step. It was the first time when I climbed onto the top of a waterfall. The waterfall is about 15 feet high, having staircase design, which makes it easy and safe to climb. If you want to go to the top without climbing the waterfall, there are stairs by the side of road from where you can go to the top of waterfall, which is near to a temple.
I would definitely suggest going to Varrasgaon Waterfall and espacially Baggu Waterfall.
