Warning verbally abusive vendor! At New Kaist Optics

点评：Stay clear of New Kaist optics if you care about your and your family’s safety. The store employee used all kinds of profanity when my 4 year old tripped and fell in front of the store and ended up knocking over the dog statue in the store front which ended up breaking one of the dog’s ear. He kept swearing and acting like he was on the verge of getting violent even after we apologized multiple times. To be fair the dog statue’s ear had obviously been broken before and was hanging by a thread as there was a bunch of dried glue running down. (the owner inside just turned a blind eye while this was happening.) We felt unsafe as he continued to intimidate us so we asked for the police to be called. The police finally had us leave after apologizing some more (note the vendor never apologized for his verbal abuse) but it was deeply unsettling to have my young children witness this type of harassment. Definitely did not feel safe as a tourist. This was around closing time when there weren’t a lot of people around.
