点评:Arrived at racecourse and asked the parking attendant for directions to the disabled parking areas we both have blue disabled parking badges.The attendant was abusive with shouting and swearing.I went to the racecourse office to make a formal complaint where my details and phone number were recorded and was told that the management would be contacting me regarding this upsetting incident.After three days nobody was in contact with me so i emailed the racecourse with the details again of my complaint and contact details.Still nobody from the racecourse has contacted me (as of 29th September).Shame on you the management at Worcester Racecourse.It is obvious that they do not take formal complaints seriously.Due to health problems i cannot go racing as much as i used to i have been an Annual Member at Worcester and other local Racecourses in the past but i will not be returning to Worcester Racecourse again.
