A little overwhelming with so much in a small area, but definitely worth the visit.

点评：I was very happy to find this museum as I had been unable to find the Geology Museum in Rapid City earlier in the day. This museum would have been worth the visit regardless.
There is street parking outside the Museum. The entrance to the Museum is through the shop next door. The shop is free to browse and buy different artifacts, fossils, games and so much more. You'll pay for Museum entrance inside.
There are more items on display than there is room to display them. That part did take away from the Museum to a degree for me. Personally I would have preferred to see fewer displays but more room to really view them. That being said, the magnitude of the fossils on display is amazing. There is so much to see, including some actual fossils as well as mostly casts.
The Museum was very impressive and worth the visit. Had it not been as packed, it would absolutely get 5 stars from me. I highly recommend a visit to this Museum.
