点评：Halloween Night Lights at MIS (Michigan International Speedway) is a genuinely fun and low-stress way to celebrate the spooky season with family. My family and I all had a great time driving through the massive, Speedway, which is transformed into a sparkling outdoor gallery of Halloween-themed installations.
Our experience was entirely drive-through, which is perfect for keeping the whole family cozy in the car. The lighting displays were truly impressive, featuring everything from massive monsters and friendly ghosts to dynamic, animated light tunnels that felt completely immersive. It’s definitely geared toward being festive and fun rather than scary, making it ideal for all ages.
Crucial Note on Food Vendor and Service:
While the lights themselves were fantastic, the experience was severely dampened by the unprofessional and rude service from the staff at the concession trucks. The older gentleman running the first truck behaved as if taking care of customers as a major inconvenience, often spending his time talking on his personal cell phone. The young ladies in the second truck- their attempt at "funny" sarcasm was highly inappropriate, rude and entirely unwelcome. This unprofessional attitude was compounded by the fact that we overheard young ladies working there tell a subsequent customer they would have to come back later. Paired with the agonizingly slow service and disappointing food, this was a major low point. Our advice to future attendees: Bring your own snacks and drinks! Do not rely on the on-site vendor for a quick holiday treat, as their service actively detracted from our enjoyment of the event.
